PAYMENT TERMS  
* NO "HOUSE" CREDIT ALLOWED ON FUEL PURCHASES. CASH ONLY
* All Yachts ashore must be covered at least by third party insurance
* Vessels are hauled, moved and stored at owners risk.  
* These terms should be read in conjunction with the TERMS & CONDITIOND OF BUSINESS as posted and given to every customer signing a work order.
* Payments may be by Cash, Cheque, Visa, MasterCard or Amex. A 3% surcharge is added to all AMEX payments.
* All fuel payments by credit card incur a 3% surcharge. 
* All invoices must be settled prior to launching or leaving Antigua Slipway.
* US$500.00 deposit is required on the haul & launch fee for all vessels booked for the Main Railway Slip.
* DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE
* NO CASH - NO SPLASH
* Insurance: Due to high premiums world-wide for Yacht / Marina Liability Insurance, we are obligated to surcharge all yard bills by 1.75% to partially defray this cost.

* Local rigging company to remove masts.  
* Unsanitary & Hazardous work shall be subject to surcharges.
